Countdown to ProductivitySuite retirement

As we have previously announced, ProductivitySuite will be retiring at the end of 2019.

The Product Life Cycle for ProductivitySuite can be viewed on our website.

From the 1st January 2019 all maintenance renewals of ProductivitySuite were replaced by a subscription for the UK Data Loader and a licence for the ArcGIS Pro Data Interoperability Extension.  The cost for a single use licence is similar to what you were paying for a single use licence for ProductivitySuite. 

The majority of ProductivitySuite customers already have access to the UK Data Loader. But if you have not migrated to it yet, or require details of how to download the software and the licence, please email UKDataLoader@esriuk.com or contact your Customer Success Manager.   

If ProductivitySuite is part of your ELA, we will have replaced this with the UK Data Loader and ArcGIS Pro Data Interoperability Extension at your ELA renewal. Again if you need access to the new tools please contact us through the email above.

What happens after 31st December 2019?

ProductivitySuite will no longer be supported and so you will be unable to raise calls about ProductivitySuite through our support desk.

ProductivitySuite will continue to work as before but once your licence expires you will receive a warning when loading ArcMap/ArcCatalog that the licence maintenance has expired. You can dismiss this warning and continue to use the tools as before.
